When will the live sessions take place?

The live sessions will take place on Sundays at 7:00pm-8:00pm  EST. A recording will be sent out after each session. 

I’ve tried time management systems before. How is this different?

Most time management systems aren’t designed for principals. The 8 to 4 Principal Blueprint is built specifically around the realities of school leadership — interruptions, urgency, and decision fatigue — so it works in real school days, not ideal ones.

What is the format of the weekly sessions?

Each session begins with focused coaching on the week’s topic, followed by time for questions and opportunities to get individual coaching. You can participate by asking questions in the chat or by coming on live for direct coaching—whatever feels most comfortable for you.
